Didgeridoos are musical instruments with a distinctive sound used in "corroborees" - traditional dance ceremonies. They are created by using termites to bore out a hole in a wooden branch after which smoke is used to displace the termites. Then the wood is treated and original artwork is applied ensuring that each didgeridoo is unique.
Wirudgerie didgeridoos are created by indigenous Australians from the Wiradjuri Tribe (NSW) and Djunkgun tribe (North Qld).
